As an opportunity to appreciate the blessings of Nakaumi, I cooked and tasted Japanese seabass (Lateolabrax japonicus) and Japanese corbicula (corbicula paella) caught in Nakaumi, and Spotnape ponyfish (Nuchequula nuchalis) clear soup.
